How can we save you time and money on your recruitment?

  • Cost per hire:
    We charge a flat placement fee for every hire NOT a percentage of the employees first year salary. Our placement fees are set at less than traditional recruitment consultancies – we are aiming to reduce your cost per hire! Part of our expertise involves understanding how to source candidates cost effectively and because we recruit regularly we enjoy cost savings with our referral sources that we can pass onto you.
  • Minimising your time, effective recruitment:
    If you choose, we will conduct the entire recruitment process for you, passing only a shortlist of suitable candidates across to you for final interview. We are unlikely to send large volumes of candidates to you, rather only those that meet your criteria and have been successful throughout our screening stages. We conduct a face to face interview for every candidate, interviewing them as though we were your organisation, This way, the candidate knows your business, understands the role and meets the competencies / skills of your role.

Having recruited a new employee for your organisation, it is our aim that your new hire will become a long term asset to your business. It is our policy that we will not recruit the same individual into any other role in the future - whatever the circumstances.
